im real sorry to her about your wifes pain i wouldnt wish that on anybody thanks to a chiropractor i spent 4 months in a recliner till i couldnt stand the pain anymore and went to hospital took an mri for 40 minute had to do a leg lift i couldnt lay flat i ended up getting the same nerosurgen my dad had walked into the hospital the next day after seeing the doctor he rushed me right in walked with a cane at a 45 degree angle six hours later i walked out of the hospital with no pain at all it cost me @$12,000.00 for the operation it takes about 1 1/2 years for your back to get back in shape then this year i overdid it and it put me right down on the floor thought i was gonna have to get another operation went to the doctor got some vicodin that cut the pain enough i could get around the house luckily just resting my back i came out of it good luck and happy holidays

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
