I've had two herniated disc's so know your wifes pain ,,,It took a long time for it ot heal and now when It gives me issues Manaul traction is only thing that gives pain relief... inversion table "MAY" help..Chiropractor did NOT help me ,,but took my money ...THose tables have other health benefits as well as taking strain off the joint ,,it is helpful with your internal organs and such ,,now this was told by yoga instructor ,not a Medical doctor ,,,so take it for what it's worth ,,,
