It is a typical hay tedder, I put some units together last summer and tried out one of them as everybody kept saying i need to ted my hay. I did and in my experience I wouldn't have one if you give it to me. I tedder rake thats a different story,but a tedder otherwise no. You will find some love and think it the only way to go thats fine. But it is not the thing to use on straight alfalfa,unless you like stems for your hay. My firm advice to you is TRY ONE FIRST FROM SOMEONE,IF CLOSE YOU COULD USE ONE I SET UP BEFORE YOU BUY. resale value really drops on them also.
