Hi All, Thought I'd give you a update as I seen the Judge yesterday for the $480 ticket I got. Judge met me in the hallway as his court was being used by another Judge. Strange??? Judge asked me how I plea. Well I dropped the tanks on the roadway but only because one hold down strap broke so I think it's more of an accident, not that I willfully didn't tie the tanks down. Judge ask me " how heavy was the hold down straps, well how heavy were the tanks" 100lbs each Judge "Raise your right hand and swear you gave the complete truth" I did Ticket dismissed and Merry Christmas Not too bad for hallway justice. That's it, no court costs or fine!!! Well thank you Judge :<) The insurrance has paid all claims. The last I heard it was right at $5k There's Lost Load part1 and part2 if you want to read the complete story in the archives. T_Bone
