Mrs. buickanddeere stands 6ft 1 inch tall in her stocking feet. It's a long way down to the bottom shelves.
I used to get down and search for fridge suprises about once a week or when bored as she couldn't be bothered.
Kids busted my nose one day while I was searching for abandoned organic matter.
I was down on my knees looking in when one kid jumped on my back then the 2nd hopped on as well. Then I was then down on three legs and reaching stuff on and off the bottom shelves.
About the time I was swinging the door shut a 3rd kid jumped on my back and head. He forced my nose down and inline with the edge of the rapidly approaching fridge door. Crunch and I could hardly see through the tears.
I did get my nose straightened out reasonably well when it was still numb.
Decided right then and there that d*m fridge was on it's way out.
