could be out of adjustment. take out seat remove small cover 3?bolts see if top of fork moves with leaver. tighten adjuster bolt. if this dosnt work you will need to pull steering clutch . you will need a hoist a few big tools and help.their are some tricks to get it apart. good luck. allso some parts are getting hard to find. FRED
