According to where you are young feller. Your idea is way ahead of your time, but that's a good thing. You show a lot of maturity that most of us lacked when we were your age. Down here in the hills of southwest Missouri, and probably most other rural places, You only need building permits for putting up a new structure. If you buy an existing structure, you can do to the inside of it what you want to. You get into the chickencoops of the city and you need a permit to f@rt. Go for it. You'll have something to be proud of, and stuff ain't gettin any cheaper. Harley

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
