You may have a weak charge pump , this is located behind the flywheel on a powershift tranny, you must check the pressure . Check specs in manual , maybe 150 to 180 psi , varies on models , and also disconnect outlet pipe and measure volume , again check specs ,but a few seconds will fill a bucket. Steering /brakes/rockshaft use main pump pressure 2250 psi with a 1600 psi prioity valve . my info is based on 4430 and 4230 quad numbers but I hope to have pointed you in the right direction greetings from the UK ,those two are the big horses on my farm 13000 hours on the 4230 and 180 hp on the 4430 they don't make em like that any more !
