The method most of us here in AZ that hunt coyotes is calling. Some guys are using electronic calls which they set up at the bottom of a small hill and hunker down near the top where they have a good field of view but don't skyline.My favorite tactic is to use the older blow type calls and set up on the repair platform of a water windmill. Cammo good and be still. A dead jackrabbit at the base helps.I have never had one of those song dogs look up and have been doing this since I was a kid What a ball.
