OK Time is runing out for me and I have to fish or cut bait. I know where a two GOOD Alis chalmers D19' and One JD 4010. The 4010 is 5,500 delivered to my property. They claim it has a Brad NEW motor in it with a valve job done. some of you claim it was the 4020 rebuild which is even BETTER! The Allis looks REAL Good from the pictures and the seller has a Great selling story for it. it is $4650.00 Delivered. Here is what I have. I have 142 acres which only 40 acres will be farmed. The rest will be left natural. With that 40 acres the sky is the LIMIT. Right now, it needs a bush hogin in the WORST WAY!!! nothing but broom sage, bushes and shrubs and small saplings. So I will try to go over as much as i can with the Bush hog. Then, I will possibly disc the whole thing and put most of it in grass, and possible a small garden. most of the time I will be using this tractor on Saturdays maybe in the afternoon's maybe...the property is 60 miles from my house. So the tractor WILL NOT be used daily. I think I have narrowed it down to these two.. so give me your comments PLEASE thank for all the help you all have given
