Yeah you know I might just need to go with the Deer. Even though it looks ROUGH!!! I sort of liked the Gas D19 because It seemed so much simpler to fix and maintain. I am VERY familure with a GAs engine. I rebuilt a couple of Ford 302's and 289's. But I don't have much expriance with a diesel. But, I gues I will just have to learn how to work on a diesel now. Two things Bothered me on this tractor One the Transmision fluid was low on it, real low, almost past the dip stick. There has to be a leak in the hydrolics or something...I don't know, this is one of the things I will have to fix. Second, not a singel gauge worked, how could I tell if I loose oil pressure? Or if the motor is over heating? Other than also the tractor did look some what rough. It seemed mechanicaly SOUND...the price on it was $5,500.00...
