The thing is, once the tractor gets 1300 miles away, even the very best dealer isn't going to feel much need to help you out. If he isn't the best dealer, well you can see where he might love to find a long distance buyer. Check on the IH part of this board, there might be a fellow poster who lives right down the road from the dealer. Maybe you could have him go look while you talk it over on the phone. Might not cost you more that a steak and a beer.
