I think you could do better personally. If you go to auctions you can find loader tractors like that for sometimes less. The price isn't bad, but being so far away for you and not being able to look it over and drive it, I'd stay away from it. Even at a $1 a mile, thats really going to drive up the price for you, well $1,300 exactly, now after figguring in that $1,300 more to the price, that tractor isn't really such a bargain. You said you are not mechanically inclined, so if there is problems with it, such as a bad clutch or ??, I suspect you will have to hire it done, and thats not cheap. If you look at the picture of the rear, you can see there is oil all over the back of the tractor, thats one concern. Something else I notice is the left rear wheel has been turned inside out, people usually do that when they got a rear main axle seal leaking, so it doesn't leak all over the wheel. That bucket looks like it might be beat up, you can't see the cutting edge or the bottom of the bucket to see what sort of shape thats in, but the top of the bucket is all bent up. Those rear tires don't look like they have very much tread left. No, thats no bargain, and I don't believe there no tractors in that size in your area. A few equipment sites you might try for something closer are
