Guess what?? You ain't the only one to be stroked...I've run in to this phenonom many times..I've gotten to the point that if you want the article bad enough you can phone tag me.. I have voice mail and answering machine..I won't spend another afternoon waiting for some loser to show up just to offer a crazy low price..If they are genuine they will persue you..I set a price , I stick to it , within reason..Better luck in the future..
