Thanks Zane. I was actually lucky enough to have a NH mechanic on my farm today(at no charge!) and he said it probably had some oil or grease on the transmission clutch. It's really not as bad as it sounds, it only happens sometimes, he said it would be alright to wait till this winter. The tractor really isn't used a whole lot, especially right now(still got the second cutting of hay to put up though). I'll just be real slow and careful. He told me to to just split the tractor myself and take care of it. Thanks for the response. Casey
