Book says c2 clutches might be warped orinching spool not adjuster correctly. I assume you are idling when you push clutch in an tractor is warm. Since these tractors are getting old i would remove floor plate an make sure cable is moving freely an little cast piece is not binding on its pivot than with tractor stopped move power shift back an forth an check if valve is moving in its different positions corectly. I believe each position will be held by a detent. This you can do before you need to spend money at dealer.
