On my JD 133 lawn tractor the "headlights" have quit several times but I have yet to replace a bulb. The vibration of the tractor wears off the center contact of the bulb. I just add a drop of solder there & put it back in.
That may be your problem. Pull the bulb & look aat the center contact.
