once again I agree with Gerald (you're getting a following you old coot!) 2 or 3 acres of garden could be handled easily with something you could walk behind and you would get a nice farmers tan and keep your cholestoral down from the walking. Get somthing you can use to till, cultivate and mow maybe. Don't worry about an air conditioned cab. ;0)
