My dads back yard once a 60+ Farm got reduced to 2.

The larger farm tractors were great for plowing and getting ready to plant but my cub cadet was fun for cultivating - just had to make the rows a little wider.

The Ford 801 my dad had would probably be perfect for what you want to do with in your budget. Small 3point plows, disc's & cultivators are available.
