Yes,probably the turn signal lever.I've made quick work out of these by removing lower trim panel,lower column plastic conduit (square where the column wires run through),locating cruise wire connector under dash,and putting small(mechanic's wire) through the small hole at plug in spade.The lever pulls straight out,pull old lever and mechanic's wire through,attatch new wire & reverse procedure.Be gentle-sometimes takes a little coaxing,but can be done.~brad
