Might want to first pull off the fuel line at carb and see if you got a good steady flow of fuel for a minute or more out the line? If not the sediment bowl, filter or tank is plugged up. May need to flush the tank out? Then if good fuel flow check out the carb. If you cleaned the carb out once and filled it with dirty fuel and crud from the tank you get to have fun again.
