This works!.
Another thing to try (what my dad always did an never got sprayed) use the garden hose on him while it's in the live trap. DO NOT REMOVE THE WATER SPRAY, VERY IMPORTANT!
while he is being washed/sprayed down, you can move the trap to a less sensitive area.
Then cover w/ blanket (while hose is still on it) & shoot. Hose keeps it from lifing it's tail
He'll spray after it's dead, so keep the wet blanket on it. Dig hole & bury right there.
