rear wheel

last year my 8n developed a problem on the right, rear wheel (right wheel when sitting in seat)around the hub, it started leaking grease, fairly heavy. I realize there is a problem, and a seal might need replace can anyone out there elaborate on what needs done, degree of difficulty and what the name of the seal is and where it can be purchased? Thanks,
