Anyone used 1/8

I need to replace a brake line on a old Clark forklift. Thought it would be an easy fix, but can"t find any 1/8" brake line. I see some line on Ebay that would work, but can"t find a double flare tool that small. Any brake double flare kits I see don"t go below 3/16. Heard an oil pressure line off of a Ford tractor might work if the fittings are the same, but it is 49 inches long. I need a foot.
