Pat, there's an idle passage still clogged with varnish. Probably will take reaming with wire, or a lot of soaking in gumout and reaming with wire. A small engine doesn't take much of a passage for idle fuel so it clogs easily. My Y-91 is fixed speed governed at 1800 rpm for a generator so I've not had an idle problem. It didn't have an adjustable high speed jet so was a gas hog, but I've weaned it considerably by inserting a tapered screw into the jet, but last year that gummed up and I had to clean things. There is a parts place for Continental in Chicago that has a web page, but didn't have the parts I wanted for my Z-145 a couple years ago so I made them myself. Gerald J.
