We just celebrated our 25th anniversary this past week. I'd like to tell you it has been 25 years of bliss, but it has not been. We've had our trials and tribulations over the years. Your case sounds like a losing battle sorry to say. One bright spot is that if she screwed up on the paperwork she sent your Dad, maybe she's not as thorough an attorney as most might think. The last thing you want is a child at this point, and worse a child raised outside the church and around a poor attitude and general marrage condition. (but prisons do have visitation) I would seek out a sharp attorney and lay out the entire situation to him/her for advice. If things are as bad as you say, you lose either way. What your main concern should be, is how to minimize your loss.
