I have an 18 hp Yanmar, domestic market model. Similar to a JD 650 but with a 3 cyl. engine. It is a good little tractor & most parts can be had thru a couple of local dealers and many JD 650 parts fit. JD parts, however, are cheaper (yes, even JD parts are cheaper!) and most can be had within 24 hours, while it is an 8 day wait for Yanmar parts. Last year I was broken down for 10 days awaiting parts. Some parts are unobtainable. I have upgraded to a JD 770 for more power, more weight & better parts availability.
