Quite a few of those items are listed with a reserve. Even though the item recieved bids, if the reserve was not met, the item did not sell, and then it will be relisted. There are some instances where the winning bidder refused to pay, and of course the item is relisted. And then you have those items that have had the bids run up by shill bidders, and one of those shill bidders actually won the item, but of course that person doesn't want it, so the item is relisted. If you suspect shill bidding on any eBay listing, please report it to eBay.
