Why spend extra money on an additive when you can buy a really good grade of oil, for not much more than the regular stuff, and get the same benefits? Check into Lubrication Engineers products and give them a try. I work on heavy equipment for a living and have seen customers try just about every "cure all" available. Nothing has ever impressed me like LE's products. How would you like to rebuild your engine after 12 years of hard daily use (rebuild due to electrolosis not wear) and find that the main and rod journals were still standard. This just dosn't commonly happen. Your diesel won't turn over fast enough to start at 25 degrees, try LE. Your rear differential running hot...Try LE. Your automatic whining and shifting hard...try LE.
I'm no oil salesman but I use their products an dhave seen them used and they work....Just my .02
