FWIW: have a 46 Motor Car repair manual; Auto-lite regulator section doesn't seem to have any text on the old one-coil cutout relays (all on two and three coil) BUT in the regulator spec pages does have tables for "Auto-Lite Cutout Relay Specs.."...lists five CB 4000's and two CBA 4000's; all have ".010-.030" (exactly like that) Armature air gap and ".025-.035" (exactly like that) Point gap...sorry no dig camera...also shows Cut-in voltage "6.5-7.25" for all, and Points open, amperes discharge ".5-2.5" for the CB's and "1.5-4.5" for the CBA's; that's all there is..have no idea if it applies to your unit or not. Manual covers 35 thru 46, if that helps. Good luck.(Having DSL problems here, may not be able to receive questions but feel free to try.
