I would just pay up unless you really paid a premium price. Many do not view cosmetics on a tractor when they consider great shape.If it runs and operates well many would consider it great shape. I would negotiate on the leak as it was new to both of you but if you did not ask about the other things it is not up to the seller to come up with every detail. I suspect he answered about what you asked about cause he thought these things were important to you. And as you did NOT ask about the tin , he did not bring it up. Let the BUYER be aware.
