Morning Allan; Hope your day goes better without chain breaks etc. Hay looked pretty good for conditions you have mentioned. Well I know I said it was too wet here. But-- its dried out now and blowing away. Question is; How well does your packer work on that dry soil? Did you need to add any weight? The one I picked up is good at breaking clods, pushes down small stones, but the soil still seems loose after two (checkerboard) passes? Appreciate your and anyone's advise. Bob advise.
