some people arent as fortunate to have nice sheds to park all the equipment underneath. For instance, we no longer have an implement shed anymore since a windstorm blew ours away. So, it is too damn expensive to build a nice new shed, so some of the stuff, I guess all of it now, has to sit outside. I wish I had a nice shed to put the stuff under, because I know how much it can make a difference in 10 yrs. But about the maint. Keep the equip running and working properly. I try to keep things clean and in good repair, or else you are asking for break downs, fire, etc.. my 2cents J K.
