John, Sorry to hear that you are one of those! I wouldn't begin to speak to insect habits in La. But here at home, In Central Texas, mesquitos and other insecti get to 747 size and they fly all the time, not just at nite. Here at my home...Waste them all for All I care. I live too darn close to Round Rock for my taste, At my sons school in R..R there is a standing rule to NEVER touch or pickup a Bat at anytime. I Do not need any bat loveing advice. LOL OBTW....Not much on Bat movies, very rarely watch them. If you like, raise them at your place. I won't say a word at what you and your do over there. Anyway it is just my thoughts,yes there are some benefits to there exixtance just,NIMBY (not in my back yard) Later, John A.
