I bought one the other day for the MF-35. The reason I bought it was that I had run the finish mower on the TO-20 with a over run clutch and it"s not needed on the 35...so the pto shaft was a bit short for the 35....and the 1 3/8" to 1 3/8" extension made it right. One thing I did notice about it was the fit on the tractor shaft was pretty sloppy...but after you rev it up,it centers up okay. I got mine at the local TSC store in Hillsboro, Ohio and paid about $21 for it. Fred OH
