I hate to tell you, but in WA all traffic tickets all have been civilized ;)) since about 15 years ago. This is excepting wreakless driving and DUI's. If you can send in a fine and forget it. No jury trials, and the appearnce of the issueing agency officer only by your request. But thing for sure never say a word when being issued, except to see the Radar take at the time. You can WIN. just keep your mouth shut when getting it.
