Now what this means is he has the gun and you have the money and the bottom line is if you don't give him the money he wants you will be shot and killed with that gun. He'll win every time. If you don't believe this just ask how many times he has been called to the carpet over citations in the last year he's your hired hand so he should answer. Public safety they could give a dam* less just give them the money and don't dare ask where it's going.
