Since you have good pressure at cold start and it goes away as the engine temp rises I doubt if you have a clogged inlet to the pump or a defective pump/relief valve. Also the problem is more obvious now that warm weather is here indicates to me you have a clearance problem typically associated wear. I am assuming that you are running a least a good 30 wt oil and not that 15wcrap. NAPA sells a product called Plastigage for a couple bucks that is used to determine rod amd main bearing clearance. I suggest that you drop the pan and make a few checks and this will also let you visually check for blockage etc. If you are compelled to use the tractor I suggest that you move up to 40 wt for the summer but I caution you on using the tractor. If you overhaul the tractor install cam bearings as this is a source of low oil pressure also.
