I'm in the same fix you are in here in SC on a much smaller scale. Having to sell calves young and light and will probably sell replacement heifers instead of keeping them. I really would hate to sell out and cancel breeding program, but you can always buy back later. Then there's the tax issue of selling a lot off at once. Sympathies. KEH
