Most state"s now have some kind of consumer protection organisation and/or someone in the state atty gen"ls office that compiles complaints re" improper etc business practices; they even bring pressure at times on firms that accumulate a lot of complaints. Even if they can"t or won"t help with your problem, adding your report may bring pressure in the future. Good luck.
