There are lots of good ones out there. I have looked at JD's MX series brushhogs, and those look pretty good. I know Rhino and Bush Hog make some super heavy duty cutters, but for the price of one I could get several of their medium duty cutters. I went with a medium duty Rhino 6' last year, model TW72 for $2,300 new. No problems yet!. Hey, Massey Fergueson is now offering brushhogs again, and the heavy duty 6' model is built exactly identical to my old Massey Furgueson that I had before this Rhino, and that one was pretty darn rugged, I could have gotten one of those for $2,000. All the brands put out heavy duty, a medium duty, and a light duty, if you buy one that too light for what you need then your not going to be very happy with it and it will end up destroyed in very short order, so buy one that will fit your needs. Howse is pretty much an off brand, and you won't find as much quality in those as most other brands, but thats also why Howse is cheaper and they have their place in just cutting clean grass and light brush. My Rhino TW72 came with a 5yr gearbox warranty too, which was the best warranty I had found. Hope this helps,

The thresher would bring in the harvest (and income) once a y
