Since I know it was big here: -- Everyone has agreed to move voluntarily (no forced evictions) and drop any remaining lawsuits -- The State of CT ended up adding $2.3 million to the original $1.7 million New London had taken the properties for ($4 m. total) -- $1.1 million charged in rent since the properties were seized to those still living in their homes was waived (That doesn't sound right to me...what where they charging, 10% of the value per month in rent or something??? At any rate, it sounds like "monopoly money" to me that no one ever planned to pay or expected to receive) -- The lead plaintiff (Kelo) will have her existing house moved to a new location within the city -- Another plaintiff has the right to purchase a new home *if any are built* in the area at a fixed price (it's unsure if some new housing / condos will be built eventually)...I assume that means he can buy a new house for the same price he was paid for his taken property. Depending on how you slice and dice the math and what the lawyers took, we're talking well over 100% and pushing 200% premium over what NL originally wanted to pay for the properties.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
