You might get some use from the BFG yet. I wouldn't waste my time mounting the Armstrong unless I was stuck, stuck, stuck. The experiences I've had with them are that the casings last about 10 years, tops. It's been more than 10 years since Armstrong made a tire..... and this one is weather cracked, and taken off with 70% tread.... Somebody got scared of that one.... For my own part, I don't buy used tires. I have sold a couple though, and I think they were around a hundred bucks for a decent but 2/3 worn and another with the same wear but needing a big blowout patch. I asked that, and the guy paid it... Dunno if I would have though... Used tires need to be cheap because it's easy to throw good money after bad. Good luck. Rod
