I'd look around at salvage yards for another set of OEM drums. They will likely be rusted a bit from sitting but you may luck out and find a set you can clean up and turn. Or buy a "better" set (raybestos or Wagner) and have them turned into spec. IF needed. I've never had to replace rear drums. There are NO aftermarket drums/rotors as good as the originals (for most cars). some of the racing ones may come close but you can probably buy originals from the dealer for that kind of $. I don't take drums/rotors to just anyone to have them turned either. If they don't know what they are doing or are lazy they can turn in "runout" into the brake surfaces and will that give a roughness or "shimmy". The scary thing with China rotors is the Iron. They are not very good at it...yet. You can also try your post on www.allpar.com. it is Chrysler web page kinda like this one. Someone there may have info on a good replacment drum for your truck. Good luck and be careful.
