Compost it. Pile it on the ground pref. in a low-lying area, spread a foot thick and scatter lime over it (a cup per sq yard) and follow with another layer, repeat lime, and make as many layers as you have "stuff," as high as you can conveniently pile it and as wide as you have room for. Soak it good with a hose or wait till after a heavy rain (Do you all HAVE rain there?)and lay a tarp over it. Soak it every couple weeks if necessary and give it six months. It will be as near dirt as makes no difference and then it will spread and plow in nice on your garden, or it will spread on pasture just fine and not gum up the alpacas' hair. If this is too much trouble, post a notice at your ASCS office, Manure free, U-haul-it. There are people out there who would kill for it.
