My tractor is a 966, so it has 3 pumps. The one I replaced was the "hitch pump" or "main pump", which also handles the remotes.

A separate pump handles the PTO and yet another for the steering, brakes and the T/A.

Now, I would "guess" that on your tractor, one pump "probably" handles the remotes, hitch and the steering. Just can't say for sure tho.

You're on the right track; take it to the big boys if you don't have an IT manual. They can test it and you can still fix it yourself if ya like.
