Thanks ltf and Redneck for the information. I feel better about my bush hog, I work the heck out of it and was thinking on the larger bat-wing to get more cut. My gates are twelve wide and I figured the bat-wing would be what I needed. What are some of the problems you guys know about or have had with this type of mower? I just bought the JD 430 baler and glad to know I did good for a change. What is the different beween the fixed and variable chambers? I'm fairly new to baleing my own hay, always had it baled for me. Had the chance to buy this baler at a reasonable price and couldn't pass it up. Thanks again for the information.
