I just bought a NAA same story, water in the hydraulics and 3pt not working. My first ford, drained oil and after couple days of trial and errors, problem was a 25 cent O ring. works fine now. Don't think the hylift water story is possible. more likely in around gear shift. But I think the transmission and hydraulic sections are seperate on Naa's. They are good little tractors and worth a good price around here.
