should i buy this NAA

i'm looking at buying a Ford NAA in the next few days (Aug. 21) but when i went to look at the tractor the 3 pt. wouldn't work. The guy selling the tractor (a farmer who fixes up tractors and sells them) said that it didn't work because water got into the hydro. fluid -- he said he would replace the fluid and that would probably take care of the prob. He thought it got there because the guy who had the tractor before him had a frontend loader on it. He thought the water got in thru the frontend loader some how. What do you think -- would you buy this tractor?
