Have been using E-bay and pay-pal for years with no problem. They have access to my bank, but it is a seperate "house hold" account with a limited amount, and not my normal account. Some sellers will not let you pay with pay-pal through credit card, cause they are charged the credit card fee. About 3 percent. If you are selling, I think you will get more if they can pay with pay-pal and not have the trouble of a draft or money order.
